On February 22nd I was well aware about a great service by Representative YOEL. His professionalism is an A plus for the company. Yoel knowledge and expertise made it very easy for an elderly woman like me. He takes his time to go step by steps to show me how to use my new IPhone 7 plus that I purchased today. This T-Mobile needs more people like Yoel. Thumb up Yoel keep up the good work. Best of luck you are a great customer service support service for the customers.

Every time go in there always 2people help one person and the store be full of people and they just don't care about the customers and they change to this new management and the service have gotten worse ��thumbs down to the service you get hope this review is helpful to someone that has all morning to spend in T-Mobile
