I was at this AT&T store on HOWE AVE. in CUYAHOGA FALLS OH.. I wanted to purchased a cable to download from my cell phone. The greeter took care of me as far as finding tthe right item. When it came to pay, no one was at cash register. I waited about 5 min. before someone came by the cash register and he stood there talking on a fone for about15-20 min.. In the mean time i asked another employee if there was any one else (i was standing there with the item and money in my hand ) she replied yes and that was it. I waited a little longer. Still nothing and that one guy was still on the phone. I finally had enough and ask for a manager and they pointed her out. I went to her and told her about my situation and she replied "i'm busy and so are the others!. Well, i waited long enough and went back to thte greeter and gave the product back. Just as i was out the first set of doors i was told that employee ( the one that was on the phone all that time) that he was ready for me. Too late and here i am with my complaint. And by the way , there were others frustrated (they gave me the thumbs up sign as i was leaving). Not that it may matter, but i am 62 years old , disabled. Someone els was with me and witnessed this ordeal. I do espect an answer from you. We have 5 cellphones +a house phone service by AT&T for a number of years.
