I put a firearm in layaway,paid half the total price.My vehicle broke down, so i needed to cancel the firearm purchase to make repairs on my vehicle.They would not give me my deposit back.With repairs needed on my vehicle,theres no way i can finish paying for the firearm.

My experience was much like the others here ... went in ordered a expensive rare weapon, he took payment. Come to find out from the manufacturer that Blue Target Firearms (BTF) is not capable of ordering this weapon because of prerequisites they have not met. So i asked the guy who runs it about this he assures me its "on the way" i have asked for proof of back order status BTF refuse to furnish any records involving the transaction ... so here i sit almost 1 full year no weapon everytime i call or go into the store i get the run around im unable to get a refund ... i am told the weapon "should be their soon" it has been months of this ... BUYER BEWARE

Attempted a cash-on-delivery order. Business associates fired wrong ammunition through one of the the firearms and blamed us, sending the "bad" one back and keeping the other without payment. With tracking, atf records and other proof in hand, they refuse to pay for product sent. Been after them for almost a year. The lack of knowledge and carelessness of the staff and incapability to follow through on their words, even with presenting proof, to pay off a single firearm is deplorable business practice. We've been more than patient with this pending unpaid invoice and it stops here. We strongly advise against doing business here until the integrity is improved.

I had him order a gun for myself, and like many other of his customers, he took my money up front, but he never came through with the gun after two months. He never was able to provide any proof that he actually ordered the gun. I asked for refund, and he gave me hand written reciept for refund, but the money was never refunded into my account.

Look no further than the public records of Stow Municipal Court, Summit County Clerk of Courts, Akron Municipal Courts, and Medina Clerk of Courts to find pages upon pages of various shady business dealings that include taking customers money for special orders, without delivering goods, taking in inventory without paying his debtors, and orders of execution, which involves removing goods within the store to pay for debts. He is currently being sued by his business partners to boot!

Great I found the gun I want, very friendly. I would recommend this store to my friends to buy a firearm.
