My hair was a hot mess when I went to Daniel's. Daniel sat down w/me & gave me the best consult ever. I have never had a stylest

The girl that day my hair was nice but she had no clue how to do hair. She put purple in my hair and left me with 2 inch roots. Its a nightmare. I paid 95 dollars and my hair looks worse then ever. I called to explain to Daniel how I was unsatisfied and he laughed at me, telling me " I don't give refunds"
