I have come into this donut store for a very long time now. Every week I buy donuts, bagels and coffee for my office. Two weeks ago I went in to buy the usual order and I saw that they were pretty low on donuts but saw that they had enough to fill my order and still have a few left on the shelves until the next batch came out. I placed my order. The girl was starting to fill the bag when another lady from the back came out. She said to the girl in the front, "What are you doing with those donuts? She replied that she was filling my order. The lady from the back replied, "You can't sell him all those. If you do that then we won't have any left!" I was shocked at what she had just said and could not believe it. I thought that was the purpose of a donut shop... to fill the customer's order. The lady then said, "If I give you almost all of what I have left, then I won't be able to sell any to other customers. And I would rather have one mad customer than 12! She turned and walked into the back.



As I said in the beginning, I have been coming here to buy donuts and giving them a lot of business from our firm's office for a very long time. I guess they don't want my companies business anymore. Go figure.

this place was very clean... and though i am not a fan of the very old decor of dunkin donuts this place looked rather nice compared to most i have been to. DD has the best coffee and the employees here were really nice.
