They told me my washer and dryer would arrive between 1 and 3. It came at 4:30. We tried out the dryer and it was broken from the delivery process. They closed at 5 though so they wouldn't send out another one until Monday when I had to be at work, so I had to have someone at the house for me, inconveniently, to let them in between 1 and 3. At 3pm I get a phone call that they are not there yet and are waiting for a truck to get to the store. Which leads to the question, why do you have hundreds of appliances yet only one truck? I know the saying goes "you get what you pay for" But I didn't pay for a dented washer with someone's old stickers on it and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I won't be contacting this company again.

I came here in desperation. My drier broke down and low and behold...my washer decided to break down a week later. I had no money to fully replace either. i had a family member step up to give me a drier. I've driven by this place before and noticed the sign and balloons before, so when I needed a cheaper answer to my problem,I stopped here. I can only say good things about this place!! I told the girl about my situation and she seemed to understand. we talked breefly and I liked her. she gave me a great deal on a washer and I really appreciated her! she was nice and willing to work with what I had to spend! my washer works great! I was a bit worried, I'd have to admit, after buying washer and going home and reading the reviews of this place. But its been about 4 months since my purchase, and I am more then happy! thank you nex2neu!! you helped me out in my time of need!! people are so easy to say the bad....but I wanted to make sure I came with some good!! bravo! I wish you nothing but success in ghd future! thank you! :)

Bad Customer Service and a Non-Working Dryer

I purchased a washer and a dryer from this company; in which they decided to give me a "special deal" composed of me buying a high end washer from them and then they would "give" me the dryer and receipt it as a "promotion." Well that sounded all fine but I got home and the dryer didn't would spin but wouldn't emit any heat. So I called in and spoke with a lady who said she was a "manager" and she suggested maybe I wasn't using it correctly or put too many clothes in there or maybe they damaged it during delivery. Anyway, she said that all she could do since there was not a warranty on the product because it was a promotion and I should have known that when I purchased it, would be for me to have them come out and pay them to inspect it! So I was very frustrated and decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.



Miraculously, the same woman calls me back the following week and offers to have them come out for free to look at it. So we scheduled a time, a 2 hour window, in which they were supposed to show up and inspect the dryer. I waited the 2 hours and they never showed up! I received a call from the guy who was supposed to come out and inspect it the next day while I was in school and when I tried to call him back he was busy every time. So finally I called the same lady back and said that they never showed up, and by this point I am guessing they finally received my BBB complaint because she not so willing to help anymore and said things to me like, "How dare you, after all I tried to do to help you and you went to file a BBB report?" In which I replied, "I'm sorry but I actually filed that report BEFORE you called me willing to help." I simply thought they were willing to help because they got my BBB complaint but apparently I was wrong.



Needless to say i still have not heard from them and have a dryer that doesn't work. The BBB emailed me and said that they tried numerous times to contact the company but they would not respond. So I am on a personal mission to give the best form of advertising possible... word of mouth! If you do buy from them make sure you have some sort of warranty coverage through them and don't get sucked into their "promotions" because I am convinced he gave me that promotion because he knew the dryer didn't work.

WARNING WARNING

I had the most terrible experience in the world with these people. If you do business with them you will be ripped off. I purchased a dryer from them and it did not work. They then brought a dryer back out which was a cheaper dryer and they said oh it will match your washer and we will give you a extra month warrenty. The dryer lasted right to 3 days prior to the warrenty letting up. I tried calling and everytime their answering mashine was full and could not take a message. Then when they answered they would promise things and never I mean never follow through. Finally I called and the lady said I was rude and she knows my brother and his boy and she could not believe i was related. Unreal! I was shocked! How dare her! I never said a cuss word ever! I just wanted help! She said she would have a manager call me... and it never happened. The BETTY yes I said BETTY talks to me the next day after I had to call again and she said she was upset I would dare talk to her employee the way I did! WHAT! All I ever wanted is my dryer fixed. Betty hung up on me. I call her back and she said my warrenty was up... and she hung up again. You want this kind of wwonderful service, buy from wonderful Next 2 New Appliances the great appliance rip off store.

A guy named Terry there not only helped us pay off the balance $ 63.00 ( THANKS TERRY) but helped us take our fridge ,stove

washer and dryer , dishwasher and Air conditioner all the way to Breezewood ,Pa...He is the greatest ever along with the rest of the staff there at next to new ....We Lost our home there in Cuyahoga falls and it seemed like no one cared .

Well Next to New Cared ...thank you ......
