This week I had a Reuben! It was perfect! Perfection for me means an excellent rye, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and either Thousand Island or Russian dressing. It must be grilled crispy and heated all the way throughout. I hate biting down on a lump of cold ingredients. I hate soggy bread because the sauerkraut was not drained.
You met all of my picky demands and I am spreading the word.
