I stayed here on 9/13/12. It was $50 plus tax. The bed, carpet, microwave,and refrigerator were spotless. The bathroom was very clean. The shower was a bit old but that is the only flaw. The air conditioner chilled the room in 10 minutes and worked very well. Plenty of hot water. My room was non-smoking. Coffee was free in the office in the mornings. Mr. Mistry is the Manager. I mentioned I had a breakfast meeting the next day when I checked-in. In the morning, when I checked out, he handed me printed directions and gave them to me verbally. The TV was great with a lot of channels plus HBO. The wireless internet connected automatically and was fast (I brought my IPAD). For price, value and service, the Evergreen in Cynthiana is a good deal.I would stay there again.
