For the second time this year I have been shut off for non payment and for the second time this year there was no bill or a disconnect notice. I have used this water company for the last 17 years and have had trouble with them on and off. No after hours contact had to call the sheriff to get them to call someone. A very poorly run department. Oh and I hadn't missed a bill in over 12 years.

Sun 9/6/15 Brentsville Rd., Bourbon County. Very low pressure this evening. Have close to 200 head that need water. Temp 90 degrees. Help!
