They have a variety of food on their menu. The inside was really clean and cozy. Only thing was I ordered a chicken asada burrito and they gave me a carne asada burrito instead. The carne was ok, not as flavorful as other places that I have had before. It us usally busy around lunch time so make sure you have plenty of time to dine. They also have a drive through at this location.

Usually we love all the different Paul's Places we have eaten at. Especially the Los Alamitos location.But now we have gone several times to the Cypress Paul's Place and have had bad experiences. The last time we ordered and after looking at the receipt we saw that the item we purchased was charged at a higher price than what was on their menu board. I told them and they just said that the prices have gone up. I said they had to charge what is posted. They wouldn't change price and I asked for the manager. After waiting about 5 minutes the waiter said they would give me a refund. She was not very friendly. I said I still wanted to talk to manager. She then said that the store did not have a manager but only an owner. I asked for the owner and she said he did not want to see me. This is very bad business and also illegal.

We love this place! Always friendly, courteous, and the food is great. Just what we needed in our community. Thank you Pauls Place!!!
