WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!





Every time I go here they have wonderful service. They always great me kindly at the door and I get attended in a timely manner which is good. Especially if I'm in a rush. They always offer me water or soda. The ladies always have nice conversations with me. Not like another place i went to where they wouldnt even talk to me. Their establishment is always clean and smells good not like other places that just smell like fumes or chemicals. Overall evrytime I go is always a wonderful experience... I recently moved to the O.C. When I stopped by the Target in cypress I noticed there is a nail shop in the area,so I've decided to check out.as I entered the shop I was greeted by the lady. The place seems very nice and clean all these girls are very nice and affluent on their services. I was please to stopped by and received a wonderful service.

I love this place! I was raving to my friend about it the other day because of all the nail salons I have visited, this is BY FAR the friendliest place I've been to. Every single worker here was smiling and friendly with not even a hint of snobbery or rudeness. As others here have said, the nail color selection (OPI, Essie are here) is huge and great!

It's Halloween and I thought, what a perfect day to "treat" myself. I walk in to the spa and am greeted by a friendly smile and a cheery "what can we do for you today"! I had a marvelous "deluxe" manicure and pedicure, shoulder and neck massage (they threw in a little extra time on my arms and legs..truly a delight), and I had my lip and eyebrows waxed. Barely even hurt!!! She is awesome!!! Friendly, clean and professional....just WONDERFUL women!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa and poo poo someone who might have had a bad day and took it out on this spa. It's a joy to have a business like this, that put customers first, in the City of Cypress!!! Way to go ladies!! See ya next month!!!

I went to have a manicure and a pedicure. The two employees who provided sevices for me were very rude. I should have gotten their names but it didn't occur to me becuse I never plan on going back. They acted like I was bothering them or that I had interuppted something important. They both kept criticizing my appearance. Telling me that my skin looked horrible and that I should get a facial at their salon. They kept commenting on one thing after another. Constantly pushing their services. When I kept telling them no that I had just come in for a manicure and a pedicure they acted angry. They kept whispering stuff to each other and then they look at me and start laughing. When I asked what was so funny they said oh nothing. When they were done they put me in an area for my nails to dry. They put my nails under some light that they used to dry them. When I commented that it seemed that the light was not on to the receptionist he just stared at me and shrugged his shoulders. When I was leaving I asked to speak to the owner to let him know of the bad service that I received I waited for almost 15 minutes and no one came. I asked to speak to him again and waited another 10 minutes and still no one came. When I asked for third time to speak to the owner they said he was not there. I came in several times with in the next few days and I never spoke to the owner and no one wanted to deal with me they said I would have to speak to the owner. Thank goodness for yellow pages.com. Now my complaint will be heard in a way that the owner never expected. I suggest that this salon learn that the customer is what makes their business a success. I have told all of my friends about this salon and how bad the service was and many of them had said that they had already been there and had the same problems and would never go back!!!
