We love Ainsley Court! My sister and I visited 8 different assisted living homes 3 years ago for my mother before we decided on Ainsley Courte! Several of the homes I would come out with tears in my eyes or crying thinking mom could be living in some place like that. Then we found Ainsley Courte...thank goodness! They are the best! They are truly interested in their residents and want to keep them healthy and entertained.



They have a great resource of engaged volunteers that help with so many of the activities and outings. These volunteers are not a one-time shot, they continue to keep coming back to help with the residents. I see the same faces over and over again. They know mom, they know her by name and always engage her. I can't ask mom who they are because she has Alzheimer’s. I know she knows them as there is one boy she "high-five's" when she sees him. She doesn't know his name but she knows the high-five. One of my favorite things is the young mothers bring in their babies and their little ones to visit and play with the residents. It is the sweetest thing in the world to see my mother able to hold and play with the babies since her great grandchildren don't live in Houston.



The employees are wonderful and are truly care! Many of the same employees are still there after 3 years. Very few places have 100% retention of their employees. They take great care of mom! Since mom has Alzheimer’s she can be a little difficult, but all the employees know how to handle her. To help her over that "hump". They respect her as a person and understand she doesn't always mean or know what she says. I don't know what we would do without them! I really appreciate how kind they are to her.



The facility is always clean and does not have that "old home" smell as so many did. We were able to repaint mom's room to the color of her bedroom at home hoping this would help with the move. The staff made the move-in very smooth.



I just cannot recommend Ainsley Courte enough! If you are in need of an assisted living home for your loved one, I encourage you to visit the facility at any time of the day....several times even so you can see they are sincere.
