Awful experience... if you care anything about your pet go elsewhere!
They had my dog for a "drop off" appt for vaccinations... for 7 hours! I had to have him there before noon. I dropped him off at 11:30 am. He was never taken out to relieve himself or given water during that entire time!
I had to call them twice to find out what was going on. On the second call I told them I was coming to pick him up whether he was done or not. Funny how he was done when I got there 20 min after the call! He dragged me outside to relieve himself and then immediately went thru 3 bowls of water when we got home.
And when I picked him up they tried to charge me $40 more than what I was quoted when I dropped him off. It was supposedly for ear ointment... well maybe I would have accepted that IF they had bothered to call me at some point during the 7 hours that he was there.
No more Banfield!!
