Horrible management, when an incident happened i got falsely accused, I politely asked her to prove it and she said that she didn't need to that she knew it was me and she told me i was interrupting her store and asked me to leave while having no evidence that it was me. Horrible way of handing a problem.

I went to best buy and after talking around for 15 min's or so just trying to get someone to assist me with a turbo tax question , I took decided to go to the geek squad and ask a very exact question " will this version allow me to file an unfiled tax report from the previous year" And the answer was yes absolutely ... so I purchased it and brought it home and found out that it doesn't . I go back to the store and they told me sorry.. id either have to exchange it for a similar product or contact the manufacturer and have them mail out a check. At that point me being a regular customer a little ticked off and said " BS " .. that when the a** wipe that someone made a manager got a little sh**ty . Told him where he could place his turbo tax and even left him the receipt ...maybe me can return it and buy himself some customer service training with it ... terrible experience ... IF YOU TELL SOMEONE THAT SOMETHING WORKS AND IT DOESNT .. BE A CLASSY BUSINESS AND STAND MY YOUR MISTAKE

I have had a recent terrible ...

I have had a recent terrible most unfriendly experience buying a TV and laptop at best buy Cypress. The purchase was charged to my best buy card. A week later, Amazon had the TV dropped significantly in price so I took my receipts in to Best buy for a price match. The staff was very unfriendly; apparently didn't like to reduce the overly price TV. Secondly, the rep who was TRYING to do a price match knew nothing ... He called in several ppl and after a cumbersome 40 min, the price match was done. Guess what I had received a 36 months no interest on purchase but after the price match, my TV and laptop was put on 36 months but warranty was NOT. I am glad I got that information by calling the credit card company ... All in all they messed up the transaction so bad that I ended up with 10 different receipts for my purchase. I have gone to the store and called them several times but all they have to say is "we apologize but please call 1888 best buy" 1888 best buy don't have reps that know any thing and they transferred back to the store. Now I am stuck with paying warranty (double charged) upfront :(

I have never had such a bad customer service experience at any store. It is ridiculous how they can run a business with a bunch of morons.

Beware if you are buying any thing on best buy card.

I bought a cell phone and the warranty at this location. The phone broke. After talking with the sales assoc. I told her I didnt want a referb phone send mine off for repair. Long story short she wrote out the paper work wrong and lost my phone. They told me to take a referb there was nothing they would do. The manager agreed. After arguing with them and going to corporate to either find my phone or give me a new one. They finally agreed to give me a new phone only when I told them I was sending the referb to the CEO. Terrible customer service. They dont deserve 1 star.

Bust buy in Cypress has no ide...

Bust buy in Cypress has no idea what customer service is. I checked out pricing on line and called the store for avalibility and was on the phone for over an hour with no help what so ever! I never even got anyone on the phone!!!!
