I recently had a bad experience with a delivery order. They for got my iced tea. They also left avocado off one of the burgers on my order. Those two are understandable. But the real problem was the pathetic "Blackened Tilapia Sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever received in my entire life, bar none. When one orders a Blackened Tilapia sandwich, one expects it to be actually blackened. It was lightly sprinkled with sparse seasonings and grilled for a few minutes. Not even a trace of golden brown, not even close to blackened. I emailed management to express my concerns. I received a phone call from a gentleman to advised me they had never ever received a complaint about their Tilapia Sandwich. He proceeded to advise me that their Fish Cook had been specially trained on all types of Fish. I wonder where the simple basic process of blackening fish is not part of the training. His tone was incredulous and very condescending. As if I was the one who didn't know what I was talking about. I will never go there for food, nor will I suggest that anyone waste their time or their money here. The Tilapia sandwich is pathetic, and the complaint resolution skills of management are even worse. If I could give this place negative 4 stars, I would
