VERY poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends and neighbors.

Terrible customer service.

First, they told me they had someone who did alterations. I asked when this person would be there. Three times I went there and three time he was not there.

Next, I took my clothes there to be cleaned and they told me when they would be ready. I arrived after the time they were to be ready and only 1/3 of the items were ready. The attendant did not call me and save me a trip by letting me know they would not be ready. He did not apologize. He did not act like he cared in any way at all. I won't be going back there - I will find a cleaners that cares about customer service.

Beware!

I had 6 pairs of shorts washed and pressed. 3 of the shorts were returned w/ the zippers stuck. either would not zip up or zip down. I have been a customer here for 5 months. Even though the Country Wide Drycleaner showed record in their computer that I had the shorts cleaned there. They refused to own up to the repair. They instead claimed that I could of had the shorts cleaned at another drycleaner and now I was holding them responsible. They said I had to prove that those were the same shorts they cleaned. This is clearly another example of a dry cleaner ruining clothing and then passing the buck. Horrible customer service and terrible work. They do not stand behind their blunders. If they ruin clothes, their stance is...IT"S NOT THEIR PROBLEM.
