I have taken my ATV to Cypress ATV several times as has many of my mudding friends. They are fabulous. Once I needed a quick turnaround for my Mother's Day trip - they delivered on time and it was working awesome.

Went there a couple of weeks ago just a day before our trip since my bike started acting up when I loaded it. They quickly got it in, fixed and back to us in time to get on the road. Amazing!!

Customer Service is the best I've seen in a long time. Workmanship has always met all expectations. Friendly and always treats you like family. This has been consistent with all my friends that take their bikes there.

Poor quality of techs. Poor customer service. Poor troubleshooting. Probably a good place for basic oil changes but nothing major like a top end rebuild.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS - HE'S A CROOK THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS OR WORKMANSHIP

Around 7/27/12 I took my sons dirt bike, a Yamaha 125, in for repairs at Cypress ATV. The dirt bike was a recent purchase and running at peak performance so it was decided it was best to have a complete tune-up. The dirt bike also had oil leaking out of the drain plug so they said they would rethread the drain and that should fix the problem.

Over two weeks later I picked up the dirt bike and it appeared everything was fixed as promised. I paid the $431 and was on my way. After the first couple days, I noticed it was leaking oil again. Within a week it had leaked all the oil out from the same area. Also during this time the front wheel got bent (no fault of Cypress ATV) so I took it back in for additional repair.

After it being in their possession for almost three weeks and being lied to about the status, I told them I was coming to get it fixed or not. This was on 9/7/12. They claimed to have fixed the oil leak and the rim however the rim did not appear to have been touched and to this day is still bent. They said I owed another $35 for the time they spent on the rim. I explained to them it was not touched and they began to argue so I just paid it. I decided to pay the $35 for claimed “man hours” working on the rim on my Discover card knowing at that time I would begin disputing charges.

I brought the bike home and tried to start it and it would not run. It would turn on, sputter then die. Come to find out they adjusted my carburetor so it would run very poorly. I know this was done maliciously because it was running when I took it in. To recap, I paid $431 + $35 and the dirt bike still has a bent rim, slow oil leak (not leaking as bad as after first visit) and doesn’t run. Fortunately I know a little about mechanics and was able to research and figure out how to readjust the carburetor so it would run. It’s still not running near as well as it was after I picked it up the first time.
