Just had the worst service ever!!! First the tech changing the oil tried to tell me I needed my transmission fluid changed, I just had that done and I know a little about cars so I know it looked fine and didn't need it done. Then I paid for a 33.99 car wash, they didn't do anything to the dash or seats about the only thing they did was about a half ass vacuum job. I demanded my money back and got it bc they know they suck. I will never go back there and will not recommend it to anyone. Management should be ashamed

they tore the leather seats in my infiniti and are refusing to pay for the damage. not to mention the quality of service sucks, and lines are too long and the price is too high. never coming back! but likely coming to small claims court!!
