the staff is all female and they are great with dogs when i go to board serenity my 80lb dog he says good bye dad and he is off into one of his favorite girls going to his junior suite my dog treats this as a second home and they are great with the ogs they get 1/2 hr play time 3 times a day and when i call to check on him they respond my dog love sthe girls and staFF he was trained by there only male trainer who used to train sheriffs dogs awesome plce and close to stronegate community serenity longest stay there was 15 days he spent at least 6 times last yr and this yr 5 times so far

HORRIBLE!!!



Took a Sheltie in for grooming and instead of grooming her the way any other place would groom her breed, they shaved the entire dog!! And when we complained, they basically let us know they didn't care whether we were happy or not. I guess there were either too lazy or too incompetent (or both) to do the job right.



DON'T take your pets to them. They obviously don't care about the pets OR their owners!
