Drove 35 miles 4rm Houston to be DENIED. The add says every1 approved. It rained that day. And it KNOCKED my credit score even further DOWN with a hard inquiry. There is no 500$ down payment. I came in with 1200$.

Ripped us off and took advantage of us so bad even with excellent credit. Sold us an $11,000 truck (KBB value) for $29,000 Then they put cheap oil in the vehicle and blew the turbo causing it to dump oil and coolant then refused to fix it. Said they replaced the brakes when I went to pick it up I drove it and the brakes didn't work causing me to almost crash. I guess they didn't realize we would take it to our personal mechanic. Then they said they fixed multiple things on the vehicle when honestly they never fixed nor replaced anything, put dirt cheap Chinese tires that couldn't be balanced after they said they did balance and rotated them and kept it on and off for longer then we ever drove it. They offered to get me into another vehicle but told me there was no way I could get a truck and they were only going to buy the current vehicle back at KBB value causing me to have so much negative equity/2 ($18,000). The kicker is I only owned the vehicle for 2 1/2 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Buyer Beware. My experience with this auto dealer is a tale of absolute horror and frustration, which unfortunately is still transpiring. The moral of this nightmare is simply SHOP ELSEWARE!!! The manager has woven a web of lies that would take pages to chronicle. I purchased my vehicle with $10,000 down, plus tax tittle and license. The sales associate, Zack, was professional and accommodating. We began filling out the necessary paperwork and I asked for a copy of the vehicle inspection report. Shane, the manager, said verbatim that because the registration and inspection are now one sticker it was all digital and they did not have a copy. Hind sight is 20/20, I should have left then. However, I decided to ignorantly accept his answer. 3 days later on May 30 I receive a call from Zack explaining that they didn't do an inspection on the vehicle and therefore could not send off for license plates, which is illegal by the by. I went and had my vehicle inspected, at my own expense, and e-mailed him a copy of the inspection report on June 1. I called on June 25 to check on my plates and Shane personally tells me that he is so sorry for the inconvenience and he will mail them personally. Well here we are Aug 14, almost 3 months later and I have no license plates because apparently they weren't ordered until last week and they were mailed to the wrong address. I have contacted an attorney and regret EVER doing business with these gentlemen. They are disorganized and honestly, if they lie about inspecting a vehicle, what else are they hiding.

I purchased two cars from epic auto sales my salesman Shane and Jesse were great they were very nice to my mother the guys took care of us the customer service was outstanding . I would recommend this car lot anyone who is looking for a great experience

I worked with Ernesto Silva. We started on mid-Friday morning while I was still at work. I arrived at the lot Sat. morning at 9:30. By 1:30 that afternoon he had me approved and keys in hand to drive off with my new Toyota Rav 4 2012!!! He was SO awesome to work with!!! He walked with me through EVERY step. I was very impressed with the vehicles and appearance at Epic Auto. The selection of luxury vehicles is second to none! I will definitely keep my eyes on the lot. Very impressive inventory and great prices as well.
