More like First Class Slumlord. Their customer service is appalling and their only concern is the bottom line. I explained to them that I'm a disabled veteran and single parent to 2 toddlers & it is difficult for me to take off work for the MANY maintenance issues with the property. Some of the responses I get include "that's not our problem" & "most people make time for things that concerns their children". They constantly lie to me about additional maintenance fees which are not documented in the lease. When a technician finally does come out to the property the issue seldom gets resolved. Although I must admit that there is one maintenance company that is very courteous and does excellent work, but I don't want to associate them with these despicable people at First Class Slumlord.

Everyone here has been so truly helpful and professional! Jessica and Ashley are amazing at what they do would recommend this company everyday all day to anyone!! And for the person who said anyone that writes a good review is part of a scam for this company, that's totally false i have no reason to write a good review other then the fact that my personal experience has been nothing but amazing. Any one who writes a good review of this company is some way profiting from the scam this company has run for years. I rented from them for 2 years and they did not fulfill one work order. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. On four occasions they "lost my check" and tried to charge me late fees. so i started sending them payment by certified mail so they have to sign for it and twice they refused to sign for my check so the check was returned to me and late fees where incurred. unless this is the only place you can live at in order to not be homeless do not support this sham of a company. when I left I was charged 150.00 for lawn clean up fee so that i would not receive my deposit back.

Was a tenant in one of their properties for over a year. Their lack of communication with tenants could be forgivable, but their repair work (3 weeks after a request was put in) was laughable, and they often treated our phone calls as an inconvenience for them. When they responded to our requests (the few occasions they did return our emails and calls) it was always discourteous and completely unprofessional. I of course would not expect too many things from them as a management company (at least from the tenants perspective).. Property owners, please be aware of who you are trusting your home with.

I have been with this company for about 7 months so far. I think it is the owner but everything that we had to get fix has been fixed that day or by the next day. When we moved in the bathroom was back up because the last tennent son put a toy down the toilet. It did take a couple of days for them to get there but when they did it was fixed fast and they also washed the carpets to. Then the stove broke down and that was fixed ina day becasue of the Gas leak, then they had to come and fix the aircondition. House just had a lot of problems. They have to get in touch with owner and I guess he likes to keep his house up. It will be better then when got here. so far everything is fine but I will take head to the warnigs of the deposits.

WORST WORST WORST PLACE TO EVER RENT FROM. THEY "WOULD NOT GET OUR RENT" WITCH I TOOK THERE THEN CHARGE US LATE FEES AND MAKE US PAY MORE AND MORE AND YET AGAIN PAY MORE. I HATE this management! I'd like to know if anyone had trouble getting their deposits (of most of them) back at the end of a lease. That's what I'm worried about.



Tina, the office manager, is extremely rude and unhelpful, and it takes forever to get anything fixed, and sometimes it won't even get fixed! The owner refused to pay for a broken window (no fault of mine) because he and Tina said it was "cosmetic damage." Mind you, this was in the middle of summer, with temperatures in the 90s and 100s. There are bees living in one of my walls, and they don't even care. No one makes any effort to keep up these houses, and it shows. If I want anything fixed, I have to do it myself.



I am never living in one of their houses again! Go somewhere better. First Class Realty will treat you like crap.

I am in TOTAL Agreement w you! 1st class realty aka 1stcr is the MOST Vile Scum in landlord HISTORY. Me & my son have lived in 1 of their duplexes for almost a year. I have been suffering from Bronchitis EVER Since i Lived Here! The a/c pumped out Warm air Most of the Spring & in July it Pumped out HOT Air! I had 2b put on a Breathing machine because i Could NOT Even Breathe in my Own Rented Place! @ that same time in July they sent out a repairman - DISPITE My PROTESTS - who did NOT Repair Anything & I was charged for the call!!! This Month we had a Terrible Leak in the Master Bathrm. UNDER the Cabinet Which is Raised 4 in Above the Floor. NOWHERE NEAR the Commode! They took almost a week to even Respond & told us that they NEVER got a work order! My son had2 MOVE Out of his Bedrm & Lock the Door to Prevent any1 from entering because the Odor & Fumes Are SO Strong that our Eyes & Noses Burn if we go in there!! He has been coughing Profusely & 1stcr told Us that Their repairmen Found NO Leak!!! My son's bedrm Carpet is SOAKING WET w that Foul Mold odor! We are Sure that they WANT us 2 Get Frustrated & Leave so that They Wont be Responsible for our housing $$. We feel that THEY are Waiting & Hoping that WE Leave SOON B4 the Lease is up so that THEY can File a claim for Mold! These Peep are Crazy & Evil. But Im Still on my knees. I got my handbook & im getting Some Kind of Legal Help or Advice. If you got some send it to me!!!!

Far and away the worst renting experience of my life. Moved into duplex and immediately discovered at least a dozen repairs that needed done immediately - major ones being a quick leaking bathtub faucet, wretched mildew in the carpet of the master bedroom, and an ancient dishwasher that wouldn't drain and started reaking. Took almost 2 months to get the leak and the dishwasher taken care of. Had to report them to the city and threaten with a lawyer to get the mildew taken care of. The person that handles the repair requests is a b*tch on the phone, and the man that owns the company is a total @ss towards tenants. And they own the company (Ohana Home Repair) that they will send maintenance people from, so nothing ever gets really fixed. And now I'm having to fight with them about the air conditioner. 97 outside this past Saturday, 88 inside the house. The thermostat is set to keep the house at 77. It was unbelievably hot. All they want to do is keep putting freon in an old system. And don't ask for deed restriction info so that you don't cause any HOA violations unknowingly, because you will be screwed. They won't provide any info, and if you can't get the HOA to talk to you (which the one for our place won't do) you'll get violations with no apparent recourse. I've already informed them that I will NOT pay any charges concerning anything with the HOA, since they can't be bothered to get me a copy of the restrictions to go by. If you want nothing but a hard time, go ahead and sign that lease......but you've been warned. They have an F rating with the BBB, for good reason. I can NOT wait until our lease is up! I can't get out of this crap hole soon enough.......

Worst Experience EVER!!!!!

I recently leased a home that was managed by First Class Realty,Inc. out of Cypress,TX. We lived in the home for two years without ever calling them with a single issue! We paid our rent on time every month. So after our second year lease was coming to an end we decided to start looking for a home to buy. Our lease expired March 31, 2010 and we gave our 30 day notice on January 1st. We did this after we spoke with "the person in charge" at First Class Realty at which time they told us everything will be fine all they would have to do is just list the house a little early and if it rents we would received our deposit. But that we would still be responsible for the house until it leased or until or lease expired! Which only makes since and is completely fair. So we agreed. Once they received our letter they placed it on the market and quickly they had a new lease on it. They informed us on January 15th (Friday) that the new occupants were moving in on the January 18th (Monday). We were excited that all was working out great. That weekend we had the house professionally cleaned as well as the carpets. It was move in ready. We did this because we were told our deposit would be refunded to us since there was no lapse in contracts. Other wise why would we spend our money to have it professionally cleaned. We could have just walked. I have never written a letter about any company before in my life, but I just couldn’t sit by and not say anything and this happen to someone else. Please take your business somewhere else, it's not worth it!!!



To make it worse when we tried to call and ask why they stated that " Thats just the way it is....and for me to know that the ower is an attorney in case we wanted to purse the issue any further!!"
