Deplorable customer service! THE worst customer service ever! I only rented a car from them because another insured driver damaged my car & his insurance company paid for the rental. They were SO disorganized & did not care about taking care of the customer. The worst of it all was that I was billed about a week after I returned the car. However Stephaine, the girl behind the counter, NEVER took ownership of her billing error. I eventually had to dispute the charge through my bank over a month later, because the credit never was issued as promised. This was also after having the manager from the Woodlands location get involved to try and resolve my issue. She too dropped the ball with following up and had limited customer service skills as well. The ONLY decent employee at the Cypress location is the older gentleman, Jim, who cleans the cars. He was the ONLY employee who was dedicated to true customer service.
