Will never go to this store again, has had my watch over 3 months, tried to charge me over 300 to have it serviced (still under warranty plus paid for extended warranty) purchased a ring at the same time as dropping off the watch my sales person was supposed to have ordered the second part of the ring for me he never did. Totally disgusted I returned my jewelry I purchased there but still waiting on my watch. They promise to call you back and never do.

Came in looking for nice ring at good deal . Some guy name Henry wearing cheap suit ask me I needed help. We selected the ring he ask me when I am looking to purchase of course I told him December he quickly broom me out and said He can not give me any figures now, come back in December when I am ready to buy don't waste his time. This ignorant man does not know how to sell . His job is answer all customer questions and convert shoppers into buyers.



I went across to Kay jewelry wonderful sale rep there happy and smile cut me a great deal I will be giving Kay my business next week .
