Provided by YP.comMs. Smith represented her sister-in-law (seller). Agreement was reached late in the evening on June 7, 2016 and earnest money was at her office early the next morning when she called our agent to state another offer was being accepted. We were told the day before that no additional offers would be accepted after 10 AM, yet this last minute offer was accepted even though we had received agreement the night before and were paying $10K over list. She was supposed to get her sister-in-law to sign that night, but said she didn't. She didn't even have the decency to call our realtor to tell her not to drive from The Woodlands to Cy Fair. Very unethical realtor.
