We hard carpet installed by these people a few weeks ago at which time we had a large window measured for wooden blinds. We paid cash upfront and had the downstairs measured for stone or ceramic flooring to do this month. Well after waiting a couple of weeks I had not heard from anyone regarding the blinds so Yesterday I drive up to their showroom to see what the status was. My salesman was out so I asked for help. The ladies behind the counter suggested that I check the large box laying on the floor and sure enough it had my name on it. That's all they knew. No telling how long it had been there because no one ever followed up with my order. I asked for someone to call me when they figured it out. I never got that call. I called the store today and spoke to an Evon (spelling?) and asked to speak to the owner or a manager. She asked who is this? I repeat my question. She says "I'm not sure I want you to speak with her...now WHO IS THIS!?"
Enough for me. I'll never spend another dollar with these people. It's a shame that a business is at the mercy of one rude employee but there are plenty of flooring stores in this area where I can spend my money. I'm still waiting for the carpet job to be completed. It's been weeks and the carpet in the closet is just rolled up. I guess I'll need to hire another company to finish what I have already paid Keystone to do.
