I had more trouble getting these guys to come out and finish the job they started. It took about 4 weeks before it was completed. From the first time that Perry came out to the completed product I tried to contact him several times and was completely blown off. They had no remorse and charged me over $375 to change out my multi-port valve. I did some research and found that my valve was only $100 or so. Not friendly and very inexperienced service provider. If you see them coming make sure you contact your warrenty company and run!!!
