My car had a noise, I thought a suspension part had gone bad.
But they replaced some brake caliper hardware and got rid of a rattle? Since no one else worked on the car, why did the caliper come loose?
In any case the car is now rattle free.
They do Great work.

I have been using Lucas for all my Lexus service needs for about 6 years now. Lucas Auto Care does top notch work for usually less than the dealerships. For longer repairs, a loaner is generally available at no costs so there is no need to have a family or friend follow you to drop off your car.

I live in Memorial and so it's a good distance for me to drive to the shop, but the atmosphere and the quality of work being done makes it worth it. In fact, I recently had some repairs done to my 2008 Lexus GS and after my husband picked it up and brought it home, I realized that the Fog Lights were not working. Realizing that my husband and I had already driven to his shop recently, they offered to come out to our house to take a look. As it turns out, the ballasts had gone bad and needed to be replaced. They felt it would be easier to perform the work at his shop so he drove my car back to his shop and left me with his personal truck. About 24 hours later, he had one of his guys at the shop return my car with the lights fixed and his guy drove a loaner back to the shop so I never had to leave my house to have this issue fixed. Now THAT is exceptional service!

I have an Audi that has recently needed some suspension work. I found Lucas Auto Care because it was recommended to me by a fellow European car driver. Many garages use the excuse that you have an European vehicle to charge you too much. These guys have very reasonable prices. They have great communication and excellent customer service. If you don't understand a repair or a charge, they will show you and explain it to you. They treat you like an intelligent adult. Their work is top notch. And they take care of the little details. They have a rental car service for extended repairs, so you're not stuck if you only have one vehicle. And my rims and wheels are always cleaned, even if I'm just having my oil changed. I won't trust my Audi to anyone else.

These guys were great. Literally revived my BMW Z3 Roadster from the dead. I told them I was not in a hurry to get it back if they were busy, but they got on it that day anyway. They replaced my fuel pump and fuel filter and cleaned out the gas tank from a lot of old gas that had just been sitting there. They checked all the belts and updated my software (which had not been done before) and the whole thing cost a lot less than what I thought it would and probably a whole lot less than a dealership would charge. This place will get all my mechanical work from now on.

I took my 2004 Porsche in to have my 60k service done. I talked with Jason and had a great vibe from him. He took care of my car and my service was awesome. There was a rubber boot that was broken on my car, he was nice enough to take a picture and email it to me. I really appreciate the guys looking over the rest of my car to make sure it was at 110%. I will defiantly start taking my Porsche to Lucas Auto Care from now on, I'm glad I found these guys!! The service was great the people were great and the best part was the service was done at the same caliber of the dealership but not at the sky high price.

I bring both my Mercedes here, 2001 SLK and 2005 e320 CDI... they have great service, good prices, good warranties, and fast turnaround. Definitely a great place I would recommend. They use all the factory recommended parts and oils. Well worth it.

From oil changes to high end auto work, Lucas Auto Care can handle it all. Great guys, great prices, great service. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone in the North Houston area!

I am not from Houston but was traveling when my fuel pump went out on the US-290. They were welcoming and helpful.

Hands-down the BEST auto repair shop I have ever been too! They make it easy and fast. They also are very professional and explain every step that needs to be taken so the customer can make an informed decision.

The only honest repair shop in Houston. My wife and I were stuck with a broken AC compressor, and we were on the road and running great in the same day.

I initially thought it was a bad place to repair my car but the owner of the shop, Tyger Lucas, has proven to me that I was wrong and it is the best place to repair a car.

I really do appreciate all the efforts Tyger has personally put to bring my car back in shape.

Lucas Auto Care is great. Not only have they done excellent work for me, but they have the friendliest inside staff! I have used them thrice and I now refer them to my friends. 1st time - oil change and tested them out with a ton of questions. these guys know their muscle cars.2nd time - alignment and looked at fluids3rd time - actuator replacementHaving to take your car to the auto shop always sucks but they have a way of making the whole experience suck less.

This garage is very trustworthy. They don't mind me asking tons of questions. I know nothing about cars and I was having a problem understanding the mechanics of what the repair on my car was actually going to fix. He put my car back on the lift and started explaining step by step what was going to be replaced and what other systems if affected and pointing out what was what, and telling me how the transmission system works. I've never had a mechanic do that before. Great people and great service!

We brought our sons truck for repair and I had such great customer service and attention and bonus, we received the truck back later that same day. The cost at Lucas was more than fair, so much so that I brought them my wife's Mercedes for the shop to service just 3 days later. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them!

They are honest, do what is necessary to fix the car, and once they fix it you don't have to go back. They fix it right the first time.

Don't bother going to the dealership and paying their ridiculous prices when they are just gonna cheat you (especially Mercedes). Lucas Auto Care is the place for your car to be. Tyger, the owner, is absolutely 100% helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't charge me too much or make me feel dumb because I'ma girl. He clearly explained every little detail about what will be done to my car and what I should do after. This is the only place I will go to now to get my car done. 100% Excellent Customer Service. The alignment done to my car was a lot better than any other shop that did the same thing. My car actually felt stronger. Real results baby

have a 2004 Mustang that I've been having mechanical problems with for a couple months but was unable to find a automotive place that could fix the problem. When I heard of Lucas Auto Care I stopped by to check it out. The customer service was excellent. The engine was making a knocking sound and when I would take off the car would sputter and almost stop. I dropped my car off at 8am and was kept up to date on the process of my car during the day. I was called at 5:45pm and advised the car was ready. When i started the car the knocking noise was gone, as a matter of fact the car sounded as good as new. When I drove away the power of the car was like it had been when I first purchased it. I was completely satisfied with the techinical and customer service but most importantly the way Mr. Lucas himself was knowledgable of the various models of cars and provided advice on steps i could do to extend the life of my engine. This reminded me of service that you might have experienced 20 years ago when the technician took the time to talk with customers. If you have a problem with your automobile, regardless of the model I would highly recommend Lucas Auto Care.
