Lucas is quite frankly the best place to take your vehicle for repairs in Houston. Without a doubt there is no other place out there with better service and workmanship. From the very first call, everyone was sincerely polite and provided great customer service. They even picked up/dropped off my car just a few miles away. Even though I stated I would pick up the vehicle, they insisted that it was no problem at all. Now that's what I call service! They really do go above and beyond. My car looks incredible, no one can even tell it was ever in a wreck. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Lucas Auto Care has been my mechanic for somewhere south of 10 years. I came to him at the recommendation of another highly regarded mechanic who just couldn't pinpoint a problem with my Porsche 924. Lucas Auto Care and his team solved the problem and I never went to another mechanic. He kept the Porsche running until it was well over 25 years old and one of the last 924's in the United States. I now have a New Beetle and the Lucas Auto Care Team is just as caring and diligent with that as they were with the 924 - and as they are with every car in their expert care.

A very fine place that will fix your car right the first time! They took me as a walk in on a Thursday and on Saturday morning I got a call saying my car was fixed.

The best compliment I think I can give a mechanic is that I feel like I can trust them and that is why I would recommend Lucas Auto Care. They always do good work and I feel like they are not trying to make as much money off of me as they can which is good business because I go back to them for everything and recommend them to others. If you are looking for a mechanic in the area and are unsure who to go to put your mind at ease and bring it to Lucas Auto Care.

Great customer service. I have been taking my car to this shop since the day it opened. I enjoy that the employees remember me and do what is necessary to make my experience a very positive one. Bonus: They will take me to work and pick me up when the work is completed and happily answer any questions I may have.

Lucas Auto Care was quick; did a great job; were really helpful all along the way. I had to pay a little more for the good service but the quality of work and peace of mind is totally worth trying to save a few bucks.

I have owned a few BMW's in my time and they have all needed lots of work and up keep. These guys have worked on them all and have always treat me fair and honest. On numerous occasions they haven't even charged me when its a simple fix. They are worth the money because they keep working on the problem till its fixed. Very helpful. Will never go anywhere else!

Had a terrific experience here today. Drove by without an appointment. My turn signal was not working. The man in the office was very friendly and the mechanic took a quick look at my car, put in a new bulb, and sent me on my way. All in under 15 minutes and for the grand total of $6. That's right - it was so quick they didn't even charge me for labor. Gotta love a place like that.
