I am very disappointed in this office. I always pay for services as they are performed to make sure I don't have past due balances popping up. I called to schedule an appointment yesterday and they told me I owe $169 in back charges. I asked what they were for and was told it was for bite wings and fluoride that were done twice this year. When I asked why they did it twice if my insurance only covered it once, I was told that they should have verified my insurance at the time, but they failed to do so that last time. I was then told that yes, I still needed to pay these charges even though it was their mistake. I can't believe they would lose (3) customers/patients over their own $169 mistake

She is an awful dentist, when she inserted that needle in my mouth I was feeling extreme pain, I told her with tear in my eyes that I was having pain and she told me that I was just nervous, how did she get a dentist license being that incompetent... I'm contacting the state board

This place is horrible. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Told her i was in pain and could feel the drill and she said it was okay and it was almost over while it lasted another 10 minutes. Filling have fallen out and my new dentist said everything was done wrong. DO NOT GO HERE.
