Worst experience ever .

There was a lady who claimed to be manger & did not help me out in solution to fix the issue I had . There was no refund or care !!

I ask to leave a name and number for owner & she refuse to take it because she said there not allowed to & she just walk to office and locked door when I wanted to speak to her !!



I WILL NEVER ATTEND THIS WASHTERIA AGAIN . Worst experience & worst of all all my son clothes was ruined ����

There's a young girl who works there and always has her baby with her. I think that's very unprofessional and annoying. I love baby's but that baby will scream and cry and she doesn't do nothing about it. She is not nice or friendly to customers always looks mad The dryer only gives you 6 min for a quarter. Not worth it!

Stay away from Mega Cleaners. They will lose your clothes. Even though they do the cleaning in house they still manage to lose the clothes and then act like they may not owe you any money for replacement of the clothes. I would give no stars but you must give at least one in order to rate.
