I was referred to Rancourt in Jan of 2013 by my insuance company. I have a 2012 Mercedes and was very picky about who I wanted to fix my car. I was so happy I chose Rancourt Collision. My vehicle never looked as if it was in an accident! It actually looked better than before the accident. The staff treated me like I was special and always greeted me by name. I would recommend everyone there, no matter what type of vehicle you have. Finally a company that takes pride in their work and it shows!!! I was also able to get my oil changed there too! In November of 2009, I wrecked my 2009 Toyota Sequoia. I was really upset for the simple fact that I just purchased my new car just a month before there was already damage to it. I reside in the Cypress area and was refered to Rancourt Collision & Automotive Repair by a very trusting friend, so i decided to give them a shot. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with the upmost respect, and with the upmost care. I just knew that my vehicle would recieve the same. Upon completion I was greated on the phone by an amazingly nice women who told me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived it was already sitting outside directly in front just shining so brightly and parked just right, I had to take a second look. I thought I pulled into the Toyota dealership. My vehicle looke as if it had never been touched, almost as if I bought it again. I would recomend Rancourt to anyone I know, love, and meet. Thank you Rancourt.
