The staff is so enthusiastic and friendly. Any time I call I get greeted with a friendly receptionist. I love Cristina, the owner. I've been using her since Metro and when she branched off and started her own store I was so excited to be able to follow her. I had called Metro and of course they wouldn't give me her info, but tried to get me to use one of their stylists..I remember clearly saying, "Fat chance. I go where Cristina goes." and hung up. :) On a few occasions, Cristina has not been in and I've had someone else do my hair, but never once was I dissatisfied. All the girls have a great attitude and are more than willing to meet your needs when it comes to the hairstyle or color you want. I will ALWAYS go here, no matter if I do live out in the woodlands!



Cake girl sounds like a grumpy employee from Metro by the way..all she had to say was negative things about the place and not her actual experience. sounds fishy to me.. l0l

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! A friend recommended it to me, and I'm really glad she did! I got the BEST haircut I have had in years. I loved the "Bubble Bar," where they wash and condition your hair and give you a relaxing mini head massage. I found the staff to be very professional and nice and courteous. The woman who cut my hair actually listened to me on what I wanted to have done (some hairdressers don't) and came up with a great "fix" for a problem I have. The other review for this salon is just plain weird (did she go to the same one I did???). My experience couldn't have been farther from her comments. Great salon, and I will DEFINITELY go back again!
