Go Sports Performance Lab!!! Coach Eric is awesome!!! The children enjoy and respond very well to instructions. So you know its an experience that ur child wont forget and when your child enjoys the coaching and the coach enjoys what he does. The rewards are invaluable. It helps the child focus on their speed and agility and it's a great workout. My grandson Lukas age 11, has been attending the classes they offer and he loves it!!!
