The owner, Jake, talked me into an IT Service plan that cost over $2k. I need work done and their website is down, their facebook page is down, and their phone number is down. I have asked for a full refund from the owner.

Very great experience. Tiffany the receptionist was great. They provided great advice which I found to be honest and knowledgable. The tech was professional, on time and the total price was way less than any of the other guys.

Great place to get your PC or laptop fixed.. they also are generous enough to go with you step by step if you need extra help. Great working people.

Texas PC Geeks are awesome. I've had both my PC computer and my laptop crash, and they were able to recover everything both times. I highly recommend them for anyone i know.

I have known Texas PC Geeks for some years through their work in Texas and lately as an independent supporter of people like myself. My computer has never run better! Texas PC Geeks is the best computer tech I've ever had. I've always had problems with my PC. It had 2 speeds: slow and stop and it kept making this annoying grinding noise. Several computer repairmen I had hired before couldn't notice or fix the noise. After they were done, my computer ran quiet, smooth and faster than when it was new!

My Dell Dimension 8300 crashed on me and had so much info and my children's invaluable pictures. The PC kept going into an endless reboot loop. When I went into safe mode it just gives a blue screen and freezes. I took it to a couple of places and they wanted to wipe out my hard drive and re-install windows. My data was too important and besides they needed around a week which I cannot do without. I saw the reviews from other Homestar users and decided to go to Texas PC Geeks and gosh those people were right. They had me up and running in a day and all my data intact. This is really excellent service and I give them full rating for what they have done for me.

My Acer laptop had suddenly begun acting funny with lot of irritating pop-up screens and error messages. This all happened after my nephew used my laptop the day before. I am glad to have found Texas PC Geeks to fix my laptop. My HP DV7 laptop started giving me problems where my screen goes totally white after sometime. I had taken it to another store where they changed my LCD screen, but this only helped for a few days and the problem started again. I went to Texas PC Geeks and they took a look and informed me that the motherboard needed repair. What convinced me was, they guarantees the repair or will give a full refund. It has been 2 months now and I have not had any problems so far. I think they did a right diagnosis and solved my problem. Good job done.
