Amazing customer service, and the store was adorable. They helped me find my daughter everything for her first dance classes and the prices were good too. I loved that they have a monogram service too so we can get my daughters name on her dance bag

I usually don't write reviews but the owner was just displayed horrible customer service! I came in to buy my daughter taps shoes. The young lady that was working sized her in a shoe. She wore them once and complained they hurt her feet. I went to exchange them and they told me since the owner wasn't working she couldn't because my daughter wore them once. Since they sized her don't you think they should be responsible.....they didn't seem to think so! Anyways went ahead and purchased a wider size because they said she didn't need a size up. We put them on a dance and again they killed her feet! Went in today to talk with owner and got no apology or money back. She just looked at me like it was my fault. Needless to say I will never go back to this store!!!!
