I was driving by seeing them and I stopped I would recommend this place to anyone the ladies were very sweet I have a eight month old son The ladies were real helpful with me with him so I would say one out of five I would give this place a five they are excellent do wonderful work

Enjoyed my day off with a visit to my favorite place and visit with some fantastic awesome people. I love usa nails! The customer service is awesome! I've only been going to usa nails for 5 years, and the excellent customer service keeps me going back. So if you want to have a relaxing day of pampering and awesome company go visit usa nails. Try the happy feet pedicure you won't regret it!

I went to USA Nails with two of my family members as we have done a couple times in the past. I got a pedicure and they both got mani/pedis and we all selected the same polish color. Typically, when one asks to get a mani/pedi they are done at the same time. Well this was the first sign of bad service on USA Nails' part because they failed to do the mani/pedis together for my family members but two ladies who came in after us got their mani/pedis done at the same time. When it came time for our toes to be painted, the technicians had a fit when they realized they had to all use the same bottle of polish and rushed our toes in order to get things done quicker (suggestion, order two bottles next time?). One of my family member's had her thumb nail done incorrectly during her manicure (remember, it was done separately at a table not in the spa chairs) and the tech was very reluctant to fix it. Just when we thought we would make it out without more hassle and bad service, the tech that checked us out (after spending about $150) had the audacity to quickly question where her tip was. Might I note that there was still a manicure being completed at this point and it was obvious we were nowhere near leaving yet. Nonetheless, since she was being so hasty about things she was handed a cash bill. She then proceeded to say "what about the other girls?".....um.... excuse me?! Can you not make change from what you were given and distribute it among yourselves? Considering the crappy service we had already received and the total spent she really had some nerve asking for a hefty tip. Last time I checked the going rate for a tip was 15% and she had already received that. JUST when we thought it was over....a slimy green cuticle infection showed its ugly face a couple days after leaving USA Nails. NEVER EVER EVER go here. I will not return again and will make it a point to let everyone in the Cypress area know about this. And to think I got slightly annoyed by the older lady sitting next to me asking five times if everything had been sanitized. I hope her toes are okay.
