Do not move here! They tell you wrong info, and they are not willing to work with you if there is an issue. You have to pay for everything, you can heard everything, and the property is not well kept. Fair warning: DO NOT MOVE HERE! The entrance gates has stayed open since Ive moved in July 2014, so there is no security. When all the visitors spot are taken, you have to park out side the entrance gates or your car will get towed, even tho you can see where the visitors parking begins and ends. DO NOT MOVE HERE... Big waste of money and not safe for kids.

sucks

this apartment complex is a joke. They do not inform their residents of issues or safety issues for that matter. There has been a shooting, a mugging and security that didn't really do anything except get cars towed. They have a gate, but why I don't know. It doesn't keep anyone out and if it did the side gates that are always left unlocked would let whoever in. Then when you try to get out of your lease there are all these extra charges that you incur just to leave. I live a building away from people that sell drugs and everyone knows this. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. (especially if you have children)

The best thing about this complex are the maintenance men. they are friendly and get your problem fixed as fast as possible. Kudo's to them.
