They are horrible. I was told to get some struts so they could give me a proper alignment. After getting struts, I was told they do not install outside parts. That would be fine if I was informed of that before. I was then hung up on over and over again as I tried to explain my position. I will never use them again.

I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL WORK THAT HAS BEEN DONE ON MY TRUCK. ALSO, SO VERY HAPPY ON HOW MANAGEMENT, JOSEPH ROMAN (STORE MANAGER) AND STAFF REPRESENTS AND EXPLAINS WORK DETAIL THAT HAS TO BE DONE THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEBLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

WAY OVER PRICED!!! Had vehicle towed to their location for a fuel pump replacement. They charged over $110 for a fuel pressure test. This test is a simple test if you have ever done one yourself. Then their prices for parts was more than double what parts stores were charging. I found a shop that was very respectable and did the replacement of fuel pump and fuel filter for less than half of their cost. When I had a tow truck go to this PEP Boys location to pick up my vehicle, the store refused to put truck back together. They had various parts off the truck. Tow truck driver had to demand for store to put simple parts back on. The store representative was pushing and pushing hard for me to attain one of their credit cards. Unless you have money to give away I do not recommend going to this location.

The management at this location shared that they were so busy, they didn't need my business. I didn't have an appointment for an oil change, but I thought courteous service should have still be an option for me as a consumer in this marketplace. The manager embarrassed me in the tone he spoke to me and simply shared "the customer ain't always right". All I wanted was an oil change. Although, Firestone (Mall of Ga) had the same problem "short staff, wait time" he said if you can leave your car, we will get it done before we close tonight. He didn't say, we are so busy, we don't need your business. Then, the Corporate Office called and wanted to know "what I wanted" "why I didn't take his option" he didn't care either that they simply have poor customer service, but he did want to end the call with that this store had AAA ratings and no complaints. Well, if you want poor service and to do business where the customer is the one put on defensive mode - do business with PepBoys in Dacula. However, it's worth the ride to go to Buford or Cumming. Both of those locations have always provided excellent service. However, PepBoys has lost a customer forever - too many other choices to be rude and treated so poorly. A simple apology would have resolved my issue.
