I have been going to Regan Med, Dacula. IT is so not true that you never see an M.D. THat being said, 90-95% of the time, the nurses, P.As, etc. are better than actual M.D.s. I much prefer them! THink about it, who does all the work and gives the MD the info? The staff is very caring and professional and I have never been pressured for payment. I will say however, when, I have had to call the main facility, for billing issues, there are a few billing clerks that feel it is there on personal money and are quite annoying. IF at all possible try to resolve matters at your location--unless it is the main facility. Then forget it, the egos of billing clerks are rather Attila the Hunish! However, I have found this to be true in other practices, but not all!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. You don't see doctors, just nurses and PA's. They claim to do tests but really DON'T and wants you to come back and charge you for retests. Wants often paid visits to their office for everything. This place is looking for high traffic instead of care.

I was very pleased and taken care of very well at this place ... if needed Ill be back....

I cant remember the doctors name cause I was in so much pain when I went but I was taken care of and was given the right medicine and very thankful.....

I come in here all the time for random medical needs. The lady at the front desk, Lisa W. is always on the ball and the staff is friendly so I know I'm well taken care of.

I've been here numerous times they get me in and out quickly. The Doctors are great and the staff very helpful.

I go there every time I need to see a doctor. The staff is always nice and they always take such good care of me.

As a walk in visit I felt the wait time was reasonable just over a hour to be seen. All of the staff are friendly and polite and the doctor was great, she took time to explain what I had and the medication she gave me. Great jobs ladies!

Friendly staff and no appointment needed, just walked in and was taken care of, which is great since i don't have a primary physician.

My name is Emily and I go the Reagan Medical Center at Dacula Ga. I go there often for sinus infections and because it is a walk in clinic. I'm a college student so I'm on the go a lot, so the walk in clinic meet my needs. The front desk ladies are always friendly and the back staff are always good to me. I like the doctors there also. It is just easy for me to go there with my busy life style.
