Dec 2013: Tried to purchase a new phone from Walter. Although he had the one I needed for Business purposes in stock, he insisted I mail order one with the promise of overnight delivery. It is now 3 days later and still no phone. Have spoken with Walter several times for a resolution to this problem and get nothing but "EXCUSES". Will not do business with this store again.
