The reason we went to Keifers was to have a watch battery replaced. Upon entering we were promptly greeted by the staff. Barbara gave us options to pick from and we choose the lifetime replacement one. Barbara also offered to clean my rings. We ways get the feeling of being among good friends when we go to Keifers. We have always been extremely satisfied with any repairs or purchases that we have made. Highly recommend this jewelery store.

Barbara at Kiefer’s Village Jewels is always so friendly and ready to help. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. With small businesses comes big customer service. I enjoy shopping there.
