Pharmacist was nasty and rude to my elderly friend, who had come from Walmart (who had screwed up her script and then refused to fill it) to see if she could get a competent pharmacist. This pharmacist called over to Walmart and they gossiped about my friend and treated her like an addict (farthest thing from the truth). The pharmacist called out my friend around at least three other customers (HIPPA VIOLATION) and told her to go back to Walmart. My friend is too nice to file a HIPPA violation but I am considering it. The pharmacist should have pulled my friend aside, rather than treated her like the dirt from the bottom of her shoe. She went home crying and I am furious. Rite Aid....is the WRONG aid. Never again. I will be contacting Rite Aid corporate about this violation.
