From the moment we walked in, I had a bad feeling. First, they were very adamant that we leave our dogs and pick them up later. They started by telling us it would take three hours. For a bath? Really?

The guy who came out to take my babies back was extremely nice. Seemed to be very good with the dogs. I had zero complaints about him.

Rhonda and another lady were grooming dogs within sight. Rhonda left the grooming area because she finished with one dog and went to get another. The other lady was grooming a goldendoodle/giant poodle breed dog on August 18, 2018 (for whoever's dog this was). As she was grooming, the dog yipped. She said "Oh my God" and proceeded to call Rhonda back. She stated she had cut the dogs tongue while she was cutting the pups feet. (He was licking the area she was cutting) She asked for assistance several times for someone to come look at the dog to make sure he was OK. NO ONE came.

Rhonda proceeded to groom another dog. The dog started barking in the direction of my husband. She started telling the other lady that my husband's hat was upsetting the dog and apparently it had been abused at one point by someone wearing a hat. She asked him to walk around the corner so the dog couldn't see him. He did. Finally, she told my husband he would probably have to leave because he was upsetting the dog. She was extremely rude and hateful. My husband told her if we left our dogs would go with us. She told him he could take the dogs at anytime. He told her to bring them out now.

She went into the other room where the guy had started washing our dogs. She told him to bring the dogs back. He asked why and she said "Because this guy is being a douchebag." Wow...all because we wouldn't leave. Really?

While she was in the other room, my husband was standing there and the dog who had been barking was now wagging it's tail. Obviously not upset anymore, so I'm guessing the dog didn't like HER or what she was doing.

Rock house groom and board is amazing. Plain and simple. I take my baby Yule to the Gainesville facility. Rhonda and her husband are absolutely the most caring people I have ever met. They knew I was so nervous to have to leave my Yule at day care. The first day he went to day care they sent me pictures and videos throughout the day to reassure me he was in the best hands possible. They still send me pictures and videos after months of attending. Always makes my day. They make sure Yule is taken care of and most comfortable at all times! They respect all of my wishes and have even helped Yule over come his aggression with other dogs. I am probably the most paranoid person over my animals so for me to say that I absolutely love and trust this place and their staff with all of my heart is huge. They care for each and every animal and will make sure they do everything they can to please you and your baby. Plus, their prices are unbeatable! I highly highly highly recommend this place!!

Took my dog Sophie for grooming. I was so impressed with the time and care they took with her!!! I highly recommend them to everyone!!! I have never been so pleased with a dog groomer before !!!! Love these ladies!! Thank you again .
