went to Robert's auto to have lowering springs installed on my 2016 vw gti. Robert did an an outstanding job on the car and was very easy to work with. they worked hard to get the car done earlier than I expected and I had my car back in about 4 hours. Highly recommend this shop.

I took my truck in running to get a starter replaced and timing reset. Starter is the same as when I dropped it off they where cussing the whole time I was around. Owner and employees always cutting me off and now I had to pay $100 for them knocking my driver mirror off and gluing it back on like I wouldn't notice. I recorded my visit with my phone and taking them to court. I had to have my truck towed outta there to another mechanic because of lack of knowledge on there part in being mechanic. Sad thing is Robert said he could get my truck running after I told him what needed to be done. Worse service ever.

All the mechanics were very professional and courteous. I was greeted immediately filled out all necessary paperwork and mechanic was even able to look at the car to give me an early diagnostic before they actually put my car in the garage. I was called when the mechanic found all of the problems and then asked for permission to proceed before any work was done. The service performed was done in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. I will be taking my car back there if anything else is needed.
