They charged almost triple the original estimate for the repairs on our vehicle.They kept the vehicle for more than twice as long as stated & never communicated with us on the status.After calling many times, we were told it was done, but never about the change from our original agreement.When we came to pay, we were shocked by the amount.Their explanation for the cost was additional, unauthorized work they did on the vehicle-they justified their work by stating that they "assumed" we wanted it done & it is "common practice".The vehicle was to be in safe, functional driving condition; they tried to perfect pieces we had pulled from the scrap lot that had no effect on the safety/functionality of the car.No apologies, no sign that they thought they had done anything wrong,no willingness to work with us on the price.Shady business should NOT be common business practice.Even the finished product of the original work order is not impressive by any means.Do NOT do business with this company.

I don't know who wrote the last review,but it is way off base. These people are friendly,helpful and efficient. Their work is excellent and quick. No hassles, they dealt with insurance and everything. Stress free and greta work!
