STAY AWAY.... Charles Holt, owner of Inspect Atlanta, inspected one of my investment homes in 2013. After closing, I found out that the dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work costing over 500 dollars to replace. On the advise of my agent, I tried using him for a property I was trying to purchase today. This time I decided to be present for the inspection. Mr Holt didn't bring a ladder. When I inquired as to how he intended to inspect the roof, he got defensive and claimed that an up close inspection was not necessary and that a pair of binoculars would suffice even though part of the roof was not visible from the ground. I fired him on the spot! I found another licensed inspector who came within 2 hours. As luck would have it, everything in the house checked out well EXCEPT the roof.

This guy did a lousy job. He missed several large items and blamed the current homeowner. I would not use this guy.
