Provided by YP.comThe people at dallas family medicine are really great. They are very kind and they listen to you and they don't rush you. They also talk to you with out using big fancy medical words and they really want to make sure that you understand your treatment and that you are comfortable with the care you are getting. I highly recommend them!

Provided by YP.comDallas Family Medicine has been taking care of my health needs for several years. All the providers have great bedside manner and really take time to listen to their patients and really care. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Provided by YPmobileI agree this place is bad. I would give them no stars.... When made comment about waiting way past appointment and then not having courtesy that they are running late...or questioning something.or asking about the referrals that we are waiting for for over 6 months and they get upset when you keep asking for referrals they told you they were sending kids to 6 months the ago...they blame it on other things ... then they tell you they will not serve you anymore because I expect too much really...it is a shame that they think that your time is not as important as theirs I have never been to a drs that I have had issues with like here. I was looking for a new Dr before they told me that they were releasing us.

Provided by YPmobileThe incompetency at this place is overwhelming been going there for many years called up with a semi emergency and they sent me to urgent care because they were too busy place is ridiculous and every which way this is the second time they advised urgent care to me they are open 11 hours a day and can't even fit you in when you're sick this place is so mismanaged it's comical

Provided by YP.comI've been a patient for 3 years but didn't find out until last week that there is NO ACTUAL DOCTOR ON SITE!
Lynsey Wright (PA) seemed competent but wrote wrong notes... Now ins won't pay & this office refuses to take care of the charges... In fact, office Mgr Judy Carpenter told me, "well, I guess we can't charge you if you never come back." Today they advised me I am no longer a patient! No wonder Wright got a job somewhere else!

Provided by YPmobileThis office is a huge joke! In my opinion, (based on my office visit), they have Physician's Assistant's (my experience was with Lindsey Wright, P.A.) seeing everyone and then leaving the room to actually CALL the doctor on the phone to find out what they should do for the patient... and trust me, there is very little they will do (even with your medical records)! And heaven forbid you claim to be depressed because talking to a patient all of three minutes can determine this ya know (so she said)..
Waste of time and money!!

Provided by YP.comUsed to be a great place to go, not anymore! I made an appointment with Sonya and I even called back and confirmed my appointment time for 1:50. When I got there they told me I was late and that my appointment was at 1:10 and that I should've showed up earlier than that to fill out paperwork...was never told that either. Beware and maybe try and record the conversation when you make an appointment. Or make the appointment in person and bring a notary with you, so they can't change it.

Provided by YP.comI was very pleased with this clinic. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the providers. I got way more attention than any other doctor's office I've visited in the past. They really do care at Dallas Family Medicine

Provided by YP.comI actually don't mind going to the doctor when it comes to this facility! An amazing group of professionals that made me, a new comer to the area, welcomed. I recommended the office to my roommate, and she is extremely pleased with the care they are now giving her as a diabetic and a high risk pregnancy... Thanks for being awesome!

Provided by YP.comAll of the doctors are excellent, but one doctor in particular stands out. Reza Jarrahizadeh, PA-C, is exceptional. He is so down to earth and great with children. He listens to his patients and takes time to get to know them. He takes time to explain things and really goes above and beyond for his patients. I am so impressed with this practice and so happy I switched my whole family to this practice! Occasionally, I have had to wait a little while but I don't mind waiting for a doctor that gives his patients such quality care.

Provided by YP.comStarted 2nd month they opened for patients. I interviewed the office before I switched Dr.'s. Over the years I've found out if you need med's refilled have RX faxed over 5 days in advance (just like Dallas Family Med. ask you to). In all cases where I call and need an apt. just as I did today, they got me in 1st thing in the morning. Yes I have medical needs. They have not dropped me as a patient. The staff is very kind to the whole family. The person with the neck problem, I had the same thing removed. Over the counter meds (inflamation) worked best (each to their own). Seems that the only patients that I known to get discharged from DFM were people chasing PILLS or failed DRUG screens. This is normal practice at most offices. I myself see Robinson, this is because when I interviewed the office I asked for a Dr. that isn't going to be leaving (he owns the place). That is why I was changing offices to start with (different Dr. on every apt.).I'm not making excusses for anyone, but why did Dr.XXXX leave, ie; some may have/had seperation, sick family/member (to take care of), health problems down to extending their career. Some people have/will use the office as a stepping stone (take a job here until I get the one I want, yes that does happen). Yes turn over is to be expected. LabCorp is subcontracted out. With that being said Labcorp keeps their people there (vacation/he is closer to home so we move him to another office, ect...) this is out of DFM's controls. They must have someone there to fill the offices needs. Kim,Tammy, Sherry, Nina the rest I just can't remember their names, have been there many years. The people that you come into contact with are the ones you need to have less turn over with like the ones mentioned above. I like my Dr.'s office, I will reffer anyone there. I like the staff and hours. DFM has seen my children when I couldn't get them into the Ped's office. Sorry I like my kids to have a Pediatrician, not that DFM isn't good with kids. I had the kids at a Pediatrician's office before DFM ever opened. NOW ONLY DOWN FALL is I wish there was someone to answer the phone quicker, but I can have my 1 rant. I've never had a billing error, which I had at other office's. Not everyone likes their coffee black or with cream. With that said call/go by tell them your health condition, needs and wants so THEY can match you to the right provider like they did me back in 2006.
