Don't go there for SERVICE--it's lacking. The overall concensis is lets communicate poorly, drop the ball, not file paperwork properly, and just basically screw our customers after we get them hooked, and make our money and have them purchase a vehicle from us. Up until the point that we signed papers they were pretty awesome, I thought--but once the papers were signed and the IOU's were asked for--the big screw you, came up. Do not take them for their word, so far, and it's been 6 months, they have not been able to do any of the things they said they would in regard to even the simplest--of filing the paper work for our extended warranty.--which at this point is still not in effect, and none of the repairs needed the day we drove off the lot, again 6 months ago, have been fixed--still waiting approval. And I'd imagine I'll be waiting a lot longer. On a positive note--if you do need care/service of any kind, and have to go to this "business"--ask for Robert Farquhar--he will at least follow through with what he says he'll do, and not leave you hanging, and waiting. I would recommend going else where for your vehicle and vehicle service.
