They charge anonymous fee and create a false sense of issues when they don't exist.... Worst attorney

I endorse John Weninger. I used him many years ago and he did a job well done. Keep in mind, he keeps his prices low so most people can afford him. If you want an attorney that will be at your beckoning call all day and will take your calls all night, then hire one that will do just that. Don't forget to get your 50k out of your pocket either because that is what this kind of attorney costs ( I know since I just used finally paid off one of these types of attorneys). John does what he is supposed to do, has a caring staff and attitude, and wants whats best for you. He is a discount attorney and will do what he can to help. You really can't expect to pay these prices and demand a private jet, penthouse, and a supermodel for a date. Keep up the good work John!

123 Divorce Company, specifically John Weninger, was by far the best Legal experience I've ever had. The decision to divorce someone can be difficult, but John made me feel very comfortable & confident I could successfully get past this part of my life. He is very professional and dedicated to his clients legal needs. On my court date he drove over an hour IN A SNOW STORM to court and represented me! Great law firm. Best divorce attorney! I hired 123 Divorce and John Weininger was my lawyer in ugly divorce with child custody issues. They have better rates than any other family lawyers I consulted with. They let you pay in payments as much as you can afford. They did not ask for a retianer fee (where else do you find this??) The other 2 lawyers I consulted with before hiring any, wanted $3,000 and $5,000 in retainer fee. I ended up hiring 123 Divroce bcz John Weininger just simply cared. I went to his office 3 times before making a decision. He did not see my case as a steady money flow. He actullay saw it as someone's tragedy and really cared. He won my case in a hearbeat. He knows the field and is so good and natural at it. He guided me thru this entire nightmare with a lot of help and emotional support. He was not there just for money, he would call and check on me. He would reply emails and txts all the time. Best divorce lawyers ever.

Horrible “lawyers”, horrible service, lack of communication and coordination. Office personal constantly give conflicting stories. NEVER returns phone calls and does not explain up front cost OR abide by the contract. We have been receiving assistance from the Dallas Bar Association for 123 Divorce’s lack service and breach of contract and return of fees only to be told they have NUMEROUS complaints with this firm including collecting payments in full then SHUTTING DOWN THE FIRM WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICE OR REFUND!! DIVORCEE BE WARE!!!! DO NOT use 123 Divorce use a real attorney that knows the business!
