Its funny they get 2 bad reviews and then suddenly on the same day they get 2 5 star reviews,,,folks trust the 2 bad reviews and not the 2 fake ones

Bad Service. They stick to the hourly rate and are very slow.

This company was hired to move me yesterday & per a Craigslist ad their services were $50 hour for 2 men with supplies & tools two men showed up at my home with NO SHRINK FILM OR FURNITURE COVERINGS OR SLIP PROOF COVERS FOR THEIR GYM SHOES... Which I did not want on my brand new carpet. These men were unknowledgeable on how to move my furniture which by the way was in perfect condition until they started banging & dropping things. I have unwrapped what poor job they did of wrapping with the few blankets, clear cling wrap & sheets that I had.... May I add they had no cords to hold things in place! If damaging my furniture wasn't bad enough a mover dented my freshly painted walls & scuffed the paint in my railing & had the balls to say I was over reacting!!!!!!!! Half of the damaged items weren't discovered until after they left but not before requesting $30 for a trip fee that the dispatch or whomever that booked this request didn't go over. When we refused to pay any additional fees definitely after damaging my walls, the owner or manager spoke very rudely to my husband & I intervened & he began to loud talk me & say "if its gonna break you then ill pay them, y'all just trying to rob somebody"!!! When I discovered one of the damaged items in my home because there's several they he & his movers accused my husband when I heard them on more than one occasion drop things & they laughed it off as if it was nothing!!!! Do NOT I REPEAT NOT USE THIS COMPANY after I had issues I googled them to find more info their company is ran from an apartment complex google the address & suite/apt 101 will come up!!! I'm seeking legal action against them for my damages & if you have valuables & expensive furniture FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. They ruined things that can't even be replaced!!! Livid is an understatement...

I booked this moving company about two weeks ago. They arrived on time and were ready to work.

I called 5Starmovers on Friday since another company never showed up. They came at 8 p.m. ready to work and were professional, quick (they didn't milk the hourly rate), worked nonstop, and very affordable. They didn't charge extra for coming out at the last minute so late. My stuff wasn't damaged which I was grateful for since they did move me at night.

I would definitely use them again and recommend.
